TUESDAY, JUNE 25

• 15:00 - 15:30: Meeting of participants and transfer to the hotel. Departure from point A - airport or B - train station.
• 16:00: Check-in at the hotel and accommodations.
• 18:00: Dinner
• 19:00: Opening of the conference. Moleben, opening remarks, speech by Bishop IRENEI of London and W.E. Introductions and workshop group meetings.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26

• 8:00 - 9:00: Morning prayer, breakfast.
• 9:30 - 10:30: Lecture No. 1 by Bishop JOB of Stuttgart (in German)
• 10:30 - 11:00: Coffee break / introduction.
• 11:00 - 12:00: Lecture No. 2 by Deacon PATRICK HINDS (in English)
• 12:30: Lunch
• 13:00 - 15:00: Recreation, sporting events, hiking, choir rehearsal
• 15:00 - 16:00: Lecture No. 3 by Archpriest ILYA LIMBERGER (in Russian)
• 16:00 - 18:30: Master classes / Workshops.
• 19:00: Dinner (Semi-formal dress)
• 20:00: Cultural / Social evening

THURSDAY, JUNE 27

• 7:30: Breakfast
• 8:30: Departure for all day field trip to Wiesbaden and Darmstadt
• 12:00: Arrival in Wiesbaden, lunch, tour of the temple and cemetery.
• 14:00: Departure
• 15:30: Arrival in Darmstadt, excursion.
• 17:00: Free time: excursion and walk around the city of Darmstadt, dinner on your own.
• 19:30: Departure
• 22:30: Return to Michelsberg

FRIDAY, JUNE 28

• 7:30 - 8:30: Morning prayer, breakfast.
• 8:30 - 11:30: Lecture/brain training, intercultural interactions and group discussion.
• 11:30 - 13:00: Master classes. Workshops.
• 13:00: Lunch
• 13:30 - 15:00: Recreation, sports, hiking, choir rehearsal
• 15:00 - 18:00: Master classes. Workshops.
• 18:00: Dinner
• 18:30 - 20:00: Presentations (5 presentations)
• 20:00: Akathist to St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco

SATURDAY, JUNE 29

• 7:30: Liturgy, service for St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco.
• 9:30: Breakfast
• 10:30 - 12:30: Presentations (5 presentations)
• 13:00: Lunch
• 14:00 - 15:00: Awarding of presentations, results of master class workshops.
• 16:00: Departure for Stuttgart
• 17:00: All-night vigil
• 19:30: Free time: excursion and walk around the city of Stuttgart, dinner on your own.
• 21:30: Departure for Michelsberg

SUNDAY, JUNE 30

• 7:00: Departure for Munich for the Divine Liturgy. Small breakfast to go.
• 10:00: Sunday liturgy in the Cathedral of Sts. New Russian Martyrs.
• 13:30: Lunch at the cathedral.
• 15:00: Departure for Kloster Andechs
• 16:00: Free time / walk around Kloster Andechs
• 17:00: Dinner at the Kloster
• 19:00: Departure for Michelsberg
• 22:00: Arrival, free evening, bonfire

MONDAY, JULY 1

• 9:30: Breakfast, Thanksgiving moleben and farewell words.
• 11:00: Departure for Stuttgart
